Why Am I getting items with Green fonts and lines appearing that I did not put there. This is happening on every auction I try to do today.

Now I also have green lines appearing in the listing that were not there before. There is a lot of HTML added into the description area. Please look at pending auction for the Dot helmet and notice the green lines in the description area when previewing on ebay. They will only appear when previewing on ebay. How can I get rid of these. I never had this problem before until you changed to your new look.

The HTML editor is all messed up in Sales Manager. It keeps putting in green fonts and lines in the listing that only show when you preview the listing. The only way to fix is is to manually remove all the HTML embeded in the listing which totally defeats the purpose and time saving factor of having and HTML editor in the first place.

WHERE is everyone at VENDIO? This green issue is not acceptable as it is incredibly time consuming to fix the errors in the HTML to eliminate the green and the lines that should not be there.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.

Can you save one of these this way to your pending section so we can have a look at the problem first hand?

deur1 & cococgld - just to confirm, your both running FireFox 2.0 and Windows Vista, is that correct?

Regards,
Christopher

Hello,

Oddly enough, it isn't specific to Vista and FireFox2. eBay has something messed up with their CSS in that anytime you use the <h1> tag, eBay is changing the font to green!

Very weird error. Im sure they will get it corrected soon, but the only way to avoid it currently would be to eliminate your h1 tags. (used for font size)

Christopher

GEEEZ VENDIO, FIX IT in your system. It is within your HTML editor. Part of the reason I use Vendio is for the ease of writing the listing. If I have to do my own HTML why do I need Vendio?

Hello,

The items will not post to eBay this way, only the preview appears to be somehow broken. The engineering team is checking into the source and will repair asap.

Regards,
Christopher
