Not sure this is a Vendio problem or not, but I've had a few recent items bought, that when I receive pament, it says that insurance was not offered on the paypal payment. This typically only happens when the buyer goes through the Vendio check-out. These, however, are NOT going through the Vendio check-out. I've checked and the auction was set up properly. Most recently, it was item #120171356460 Can you let me know why this is happening.
Both in your Vendio details and on the eBay listing itself it shows that insurance was optional. We cannot say why PayPal would indicate on a paid item that insurance was not offered.
