Is there another image hosting problem??? My images on my auctions are either not loading or loading extremely slowly - if they load at all. Is there another "issue"?

Same here, the images are loading too slowly.
While your new vendio web site is nice, it means nothing if you cannot provide us with the basic services.
Vendio has not been performing well lately.

Not tonight ... not tonight ....

PUHLEEZE -- not tonight.

Why are cosmetic changes to your website so important that you'd risk programming issues in order to have them?

You do this, eBay does this ..... I just don't get it.

I use you guys for function, not form!

I am having the same problem too- trying to create listings and pictures will not load/attach. I popped in on a few of my auctions to see if the pictures were showing and only some are loading.

???

Hello,

There is no image hosting issue this time, just some capacity tweaks that will be completed in a few minutes.

Thanks,

What excuse book did you drag that out of. this has been going on for at least three hours.

If that is a tweek then you better call the cops because it is being molested by now!

your tweeker is stealing my gallery pictures from e-bay, so a week long auction will not be indexed properly

"capacity tweaks that will be completed in a few minutes" is not what is/was happening. Images were DOWN for much longer than a few minutes. This is insane to do this at a time when auction close. Vendio should do their "Tweaking" in the wee hours of the morning when buyers are not looking at auctions. Do the "tweak" at 1:00 AM Pacific Time. NOT 7:00 Central time. This is insane..... Sellers loose LOTS money when this happens when their auctions are scheduled to close while Vendio is "tweaking" the system. This is incredibly frustrating, irritating and bad planning by Vendio's management!

Images, including template frames, are very slow to load and display here in Toronto.

Along with the tweaking, I now am missing a group of auctions. Items either listed during this tweak or the massive tweek the other day.

Today all day long there has been tweaks between each time i attached a picture. I had at lot of auctions that were tweeked into no bids the last few days.

With this mess I need to go tweek myself to see if I am still alive.

Maybe the Vendio invoice will be tweeked at the end of the month.

Oh wait a minute, I am comming back to reality, that never gets tweeked it is there like clock work

This is CRAZY! The same exact thing that was happening last night is happening again. Lots of auctions closing and all the photos are missing or are taking FOREVER to load!!!

What is up Vendio???????

This is unacceptable!!!!!

Add me to the list. It is after 6 PM, a day after the original post. Either this is a new problem or a continuation of yesterday's problem.

Images in Vendio store also load slowly. Both ebay and Vendio storefronts load quickly, however, the images are slow.

Hi all,

We have made an adjustment to the load-balancing on the image servers, and we expect that this may help the problem. Please allow a few minutes for the system to normalize. If this continues, please post back and let us know.

Thanks,

Diana

This seems to be the missing link on this problem. thanks for finally trying something.

I know a lot of times there are requests and questions that may not see to be founded in fact. But some of us use this system as much as you do. We can see if something is not right. So when there is a report of a problem please try to assume there is a problem rather than trying to off the blame or issue to something else.

I had at least 20 auctions go off with out a sale. I depend on the clear pictures to sell my stuff I use Vendio for that reason. So when bidders are out there under the gun to make a last momment bid, slow or no loading pictures will kill the deal.

The power can go off, the cable stops working, there are interruptions. Most of these are out our hands to control.

Please try to give us, the users, a bit more credit that we know when the system is not working or not working right. Not a day later that we turn up the volume and its fixed. We depend on our livelihood on this thing working!
