This problem started when the new opening web page was installed; I am able to log in, even log out, but I am not presented with the Sales Manager page upon log in. Refresh doesn't work...status bar hangs at the 'nearly complete' stage. Have cleared history, and cookies, still unable to log in. Am running IE 6.0.28 (I think) on home PC, using a DSL connection through Frontier. Any thoughts? I'm able to log in from work no problem, so it's not a user ID issue. -Liz

Hello,

There should be a 'back to my services' link near the top right portion of the page that you can use to get to the Sales Manager.

If this persists, try emailing yourself this link:
http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/acp/

When on your home computer, try going to this link, and upon logging in you should be redirected to your Sales Manager page.

Please let us know if this problem persists.
