Could you please let me know how about going having our shipping prices show up in the ebay listings (list view). I assume that the price that shows up will be the first price of shipping that is put into SMP(If there are more than one option for shipping does it pick the first one). Also, will items that we currently have active and pending, be updated once we change the setting?
Thanks

Hello,

Please see our announcement about how to do this:

http://www.vendio.com/siteupdate.html?popid=572

Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.

Unfortunately, the changes will not apply to your active or pending listings. You would need to edit your pending listings prior to listing, and you would need to revise your active listings directly through eBay.

Regards,
Nathan

I have gone into ebay site specifics and changed "I am specifying shipping cost for ebay checkout". Is there a way to change current active auctions to allow for shipping charges to be seen in list view?
Thanks

Hello Eric,

The only way to change live auctions would be to edit them via eBay, so you could manually input your shipping carriers/costs and save the change.

For items you post to eBay direct from Vendio setup this way we will map those fields for you automatically.

Christopher

I manually put in shipping charges into ebay for auction 320182829314. However, when it is listed in ebay the shipping charge still shows as "see description".

Hello,

It may take eBay a while to update their search results pages. I know that providing the details up front is the only requirement to make them appear in a search, so this would be the only change you could make to mirror that effect. Chances are there is just a delay, although if this persists you may need to contact eBay to find out why it remains in this state when you have already made the required changes.

Christopher

I must be doing something wrong. The above item that I mentioned only shows the shipping price within the auction not when searching on ebay.

Put in the following title in search in ebay:
RALPH LAUREN Nordstrom's Mens Camel Hair Blazer Jacket

Under shipping it still shows "see description".

Thanks

Hello,

If you have already revised this listing through eBay, and the changes are not showing, please contact eBay for assistance. If there are additional revisions that you need to make to the active listing, eBay should be able to help you with this.

Regards,
Nathan
