We downloaded a report of archived items for approx. a year ago. Once we found the item we went to restore it, the item was not listed, we tried several more and the same thing happened. Any suggestions.

Hello,

Just to confirm, you archived a group of listings, and when you returned to the restore items page the archived listings weren't available to restore?

Note of course that items only stay available to restore for about 14 days, after which they would be archived for good.

For any of the more recent items you could use the 'track' function and the item number to manually bring it back into your account.

I need to know how much you would charge to bring back to archived items from a year ago. Please let me know who I would need to talk to about this. Very Important.

Hello Eric,

Unfortunately items archived that far back are simply not available to be restored back into an account. Only the downloadable archived text data is still available to view basic details about the items.
