Hello,

I corrected a setting on your account, which should correct the problem. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Hello,

For those listings you will need to resubmit the gallery URL in the eBay gallery revision form.

To obtain the code which contains your image URL(s), follow these steps:

1. Click the Image Hosting button.
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to select.
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "Attach" button.
4. Choose "Other Auction Site (generate HTML)", select New Auction, and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the description box of the auction listing form.

If you wish to use only the image URL, it/they will be embedded in the HTML code generated by our system. If you do not have the "click to enlarge" feature enabled, the image url will look like this:

http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/yourAWusername/yourimagefilename.jpg

If you have the "click to enlarge" feature enabled, you will need to alter the ".mids" URL to create the correct image URL. To do this, just remove the /.mids portion of the URL. Here is an example:

Before:

http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/yourAWusername/.mids/yourimagefilename.jpg

After:

http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/yourAWusername/yourimagefilename.jpg

The "after" URL can be used in any auction and can be altered to point to any image in your list simply by changing the image filename portion - just be sure that the filename *exactly* matches the filename on our site (case-sensitive.)

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks Nathan, Sounds like alot of trouble, I think I'll just let them go this time. These auctions are set to relist, will the gallery images show up with the relist? What caused this? Was it something I did? Is there something I can do to repair this if it happens again? Thanks again!!! J

Hello,

I am not sure exactly what happened. It looks like the setting was somehow changed when you recently switched your plan. It should not happen again, but if it does please let us know.

The eBay gallery images should appear correctly when they are relisted. Please let us know should you need further assistance.

Regards,
Nathan
