For some reason none of my photos are showing at ebay or on Vendio site ? I emailed yesterday but no reply. Auctions end today and new go on. So what action do I take to get this fixed. Thanks Tom C (fetco)

Did you receive the reply that I sent you this morning?
I checked a few of your active listings and I was able to see Vendio hosted images appearing correctly in your listings. Please provide a specific listing number where you are having this problem, the name of one of the images that is having the problem, and exactly what you see where you should be able to see the image.

Nathan, No I did not received your email this morning. The following auction #s show no photos.
Item #140181024027 Where the photo should be is the standard box with a Red X and the words "Image Hosting by Vendio"
Name of photo? I don't know if I can't see it

Hello,
Please try the following and let us know the results:
1. Right click on one of the red X's and see if you have an option to "unblock".
2. Add http://imagehost.vendio.com to the safe list in your browser.
3. Check any anti-virus software on your computer and make sure that it is not blocking Vendio.
4. Be sure that all of your Windows updates are current and restart your computer.
5. Try using a different browser and let us know if you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, try using Internet Explorer.
If none of that helps, please let us know what browsers and versions you have tried, as well as what ISP you are using to connect to the Internet.

1. Right click. No Option to unblock
2. made sure you are on safe list.
3. Not blocked by anti virus program.

Hello Tom,
A couple other customers that are using Netzero reported a similar problem, and they were able to correct the problem by reinstalling Netzero.
However, if you *are* able to see the images on Firefox, but not Internet Explorer, then this generally indicates a problem with IE (rather than the ISP). What version of Internet Explorer are you using, and have you recently upgraded to IE 7.0?

Nathan.I was just going to follow your advice when noted I do have netzero HiSpeed for dial up. I turned it off and the photos will show on all sites. It must have something to do with that. I will work on finding out what the cause is and as you say reinstall ETC. It has not been a problem in the past but when I find out I will be sure and post my findings. Thanks Tom C (fetco)
