This Christmas we're doing a lot of flat rate box items, and I always end up going into eBay to revise the auctions to get them to actually show up this way.
Here's the thing: I can't set them as fixed shipping, because then I also have to set fixed insurance, and I can't because these items might go high. Don't want to overcharge, don't want to get stuck undercharging either.
So, I've set it as priority calculated, and also selected the flat rate box down where the measurements go.
But it doesn't work. When I go into the eBay revise-your-auction page, it's set up as calculated priority, not flat rate. And international doesn't pick it up either, so I have to revise both.
I'm guessing you've got this set up to work only if we choose flat rate? But that's not necessary or practical because of insurance.
Why can't this work the way it should (the way it would if I did it through eBay).
Shouldn't there be pull downs for Priority flat rate box in the shipping methods, not just in box type?
This doesn't seem like it's set up to reflect the needs of sellers.

Unfortunately Vendio does not support the Calculated option for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box at this time, only the fixed option.
This should be addressed already when our combined listing tool is completed in early 2008 when eBay checkout has full support, and we will pass along your comments to the product manager for further review to be sure that is the case.
