I'm not sure how can I persuade Vendio to resolve the issue of inventory not synchronizing with actual eBay auctions.
Example SKU: 163304
It shows one active item on eBay when in fact this auction ended some time ago. When the item shows active my new scheduled auction obviously will not start.
This item occupies space in my warehouse, my money it wasted in the inventory that doesn't move, Vendio is not getting their fees for launched item, etc.
Right now I spend several hours a week checking my SMIE to see how many phantom auctions I have while my merchandise is sitting in my warehouse.

Hello Jack,
The history for this item doesn't seem to go back far enough to find when it was thrown off.
You listed this item once in October as a Fixed Price item, which did not sell. You again listed this item in November, this time as an auction listing and again it did not sell.
Both of those added themselves back to your quantity available at the time, however prior to October there appears to have been an item that was listed as a eBay motors fixed price listing and upon completion it did not update its status.
Click on that number one (for quantity at market, not the one you still have available) and scroll to the bottom of that window. Here you can override the quantity at market to put it back to zero, then edit the quantity available to increase it by one.
From your note it sounds like you have a lot of these, and if this is the case please let us know as the engineering team can run a script to try and update all of your quantities for items that failed to update themselves in the past like this particular one from sometime prior to October.
