Hi,
For a change, I like new, improved supersized picture page and slider with gallery of my additional pictures.

The only problem (other than non-clickable pictures to return to the auction) is that you use my Vendio user name as my store name.

I have chosen short Vendio account user name long time ago and my eBay store name is different. Fortunately is is not significantly different but I wish I could choose the name Vendio displays bellow my supersized pictures.

Example: Item number: 260189782127 buy it apples to all my auctions.

Can you use eBay store name instead of Vendio nickname?

Thanks,
Jack

Hello Jack,

Your Vendio Store name will be:

http://shop.vendio.com/YourVendioAccountName

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a different name for your Vendio Store (other than your Vendio account name), at this time.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi there,

As a workaround we could possibly change the Vendio ID to the eBay ID, but we'd need you to submit the request via email. Please send us an email using the Contact Us form, and confirm the ID you want to use. We should be able to do this for you.

Thanks,

Diana

Thank you very much for responding.

Let me think about changing my Vendio name. The main problem is that I use Vendio bulk upload applet that ALWAYS requires typing user name and password. I wish it could remember them as all my other programs do.

I really like bulk upload feature because it is fast and sets the size of my pictures automatically. My eBay store name is pretty long and I just hate to retype it each and every time.

Beth: If this is appropriate venue to discuss this matter, how much was the 'small fee"?

I really would prefer to keep my short Vendio user name and have my correct eBay store name displayed in my auctions.

Thanks,
Jack

I think it was like $25. They changed it from my old ebay name: baylor45 to a new one: vintageads4u

Note that at that time my ebay name was wwwvintageads4ucom because in the old days we could have our names be our web sites. I had changed baylor45 to wwwvintageads4ucom. So, vintageads4u was not my ebay name at that time. Over time eBay made me shorten it to vintageads4u.

Hope that helps.
Beth
