OK, when I first set up my store categories, I didn't do them in alphabetical order, but I have since had them resorted on eBay to be alphabetical.

BUT, here on Vendio, they're still in the random order I created them in on the pull down screen, and it drives me nuts that they're not alphabetical.

Can you guys resort that for me, or tell me how to?

Thanks.

OK ... so I know this isn't the most urgent of requests, but isn't anyone monitoring the boards to at least acknowledge some of these posts?

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to sort your eBay store categories in Vendio. However, that is a great suggestion and I have passed it along to the product manager.

Nathan

When listing to eBAy from the online version of SmPro my categories are in alphabetical order (or at least the order in which I have them in ebay). Maybe you need to synch your cats?

However, in desktop SMPro, they are all mixed up. You can print out a list of your categories so you know what vendio numbers are assigned to them. I don't remember the web site on here but I'm sure Nathan or someone will come by and post it.

Hello Beth,

I do not believe that sunnyjo is using Sales Manager Pro. However, the link that you referenced is:

No, I use the Merchandising Edition but I was able to see my list of categories using that link ... is there some way I can resort that?

I do sort of have that Vendio store we kind of had to set up during the infamous Dealio debacle ....

I just wish y'all could go into the eBay list and sort it for me!
