Has anyone had a problem with launching listings, then rescheduling the launch time and the listings disappear? They are not showing up in the pending listings, errors or active listings. The pause pending listings button is available and when I pause them (even though I can't see them) it looks like it is pausing. But even when it's done I still can't see the listings. So I told it to release the pause and it looked like that worked but again none of the listings showed up. So then I went back to the same inventory item and tried to relist it. I got an error message that the item was already relisted.

Hello,

It is possible that you need to change your view options. Try this:

Go to "Sales Manager" --> "Listings" --> "Pending Listings" --> "View Options" --> make sure that the correct time period is selected from the "Period" drop-down box --> click "OK".

If that does not help, please let us know the name of one of the listings and what day it is scheduled for, so that we can take a look.

Regards,
Nathan

Did that long before posting the question. It didn't do any good. I also used a different computer and got the same result.

Imperial Ruby Handled Relish Nappy Dish TAGSALE
SKU: 959959059

I was trying to get it listed on Jan 1 but couldn't get it to work using the Relist option in Closed Listings. So I had to go to the item in Inventory and relist it from there.

Hello,

Okay. I do see that you successfully listed this item on January 1st as listing "330201282565".

I am confused about the exact problem you are having. Is the problem that you scheduled a listing, but then could not find it? Or is the problem that you were receiving an error when relisting from the inventory item? Or is the problem that you received an error when trying to relist from the closed listing, but you were able to successfully list from the inventory item?

If the problem was relisting a closed listing, please let us know the closed listing number and the exact text of the error message that you received.

Regards,
Nathan

1. I was trying to relist closed auctions that had not sold.

2. I went to Sales Manager > Listings > Closed Listings.

3. Selected the items I wanted to relist.

4. Hit the Relist button.

5. Told it when I wanted it to launch.

6. Once the items were in Pending listings I selected all of them and hit the Edit Launch Time.

7. I told it the corrected time and hit the Save button.

8. At this point NONE of the relisted listings would show in Pending no matter what I tried to do. I tried all the dates in the View Options and still could not see them.

9. I went back to the same items in the Closed Listings and tried to relist them again.

10. Got this error message:

This feature helps you relist an auction that did not previously sell. Many auction venues will allow you to relist an item once without charging listing fees.

Note: The following items are unavailable for relist or copy:

Imperial Ruby Handled Relish Nappy Dish - already relisted

11. Since I could not see it in Pending and it would not relist it correctly through Closed Listings I went to the item through Inventory and relisted it from there.

Hello,

Thank you. Now please let me know one of those closed listing numbers that you were trying to relist.

If you are asking for the ebay listing number it was 330195034267.

Hello,

It looks like the original relist for "330195034267" failed with error 121 (which means that your eBay credit card needs to be updated on your eBay account). You would have needed to resubmit the errored listing, rather than trying to relist from the closed listing a second time.

Nathan

That was when I tried relisting it from the inventory itself. I corrected the issue with my seller account and it went through.

Hello,

When the listing failed with error 121, it was the relist of listing "330195034267" (and shows as such in our system). The errored listing would have needed to have been resubmited, in order for the relist to go through. It looks like the errored listing was deleted instead. Since a listing can only be relisted once, and that errored listing was the relist, that is why you were not able to relist the listing again. I hope this makes sense.

Regards,
Nathan

So are you saying that any listing created with the Vendio software can only be relisted one time? That's not the case with ebay. You can relist any of them as many times as you wish. Although you only get your fees reimbursed if it sells on the second relist.

Hello,

In Sales Manager Inventory Edition the "relist" option for closed listings should only be used when you are relisting an item for the purpose of getting eBay's relist credit. Otherwise, the item should be relisted through the inventory item.

Nathan
