When I signed up years ago for Vendio I used my Ebay id as my Vendio username. I moved and changed my Ebay id because it did not fit the new town I moved to but this has not been a problem until now. When I click on my picture to view image album it shows in VERY large letters my Vendio id which is my OLD Ebay id. So now it says to view all of my old Ebay id pictures in VERY large letters. A. Why can't I change my user name? and B. How to I get rid of this?? I don't want my buyers or bidders looking for my old Ebay id as it is my Vendio username and you all will not let me change it. It is very confusing to bidders.

Hello,
We are aware of the problem with the link in your image album showing your Vendio ID, rather than your eBay ID, and this has been escalated to our engineers.
The image album is the new click-to-enlarge view. In order to get rid of the image album for future listings, you will first need to turn off your click-to-enlarge images. You may do this by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> scroll down to the bottom of the page and uncheck "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation". Once you have done this, let us know and we will turn off the image album in your account.
Also, I have sent you instructions for how to change your account name, via email.

First I sure do not want to change my user name for a $25.00 fee charge. How long do you estimate it will take for your engineers to fix the problem. I really do not want to turn it off as it is nice but if it is going to take weeks to fix then I will and will probably forget or never turn it back on after being fixed. Whay roll out something without fixing the bugs first? Thanks

Why also does a couple of my other Ebay sites that I use Vendio for do not have this problem just the one I first asked about?

OK I went into my account and turned off or unchecked the scale down image box so please turn off image album in my account. If it does not and is not going to work and you have no idea how long it will take to work then turn it off. Thanks

I am not 100% why you are getting a different result with your other account. I did notice an expired Store trial plan (from quite sometime ago) on your "tucson2u" account, and it is possible that that is part of the problem. I removed that from your account "tucson2u". Please let us know if this makes any difference for your future new listings.

Did you turn off the image album in my account? I'm more confused now than when I first e-mailed you but who knows. I guess if it keeps doing it I'll cancell my account and go to another host site. But I have been with you all for 9 years. I've looked at other sites that have Vendio and mine is the only one showing my Vendio idea. Again I'm confused but if it does not change I'm gone from Vendio after 9 years.

Hello,
No, I had not turned off the image album as you had not yet let us know that you had disabled your click-to-enlarge images and wanted the image album turned off. The image album has now been turned off in your account "tucson2u". You can disregard my last message, as it makes no difference now that the image album is turned off in your account "tucson2u".
