We sell one of a kind collectibles and our projections for our ebay store is to have over 500 hundred items soon- how can we manage photos of items that sell to keep our images file managed-
What can we do? What global setting on our images regarding how long they should stay before archived should we set?

Hello Annette,
The safest way is to set your images to automatically delete themselves after 90 days. If you think some of the items may sit in the store for a long time without being viewed at all, you could also do a select-all on a specific folder in Image Hosting and set them to all autorenew once, meaning they will have to go 90 days without being viewed, then another 90 before being wiped out for non-usage.
