When listing to my ebay store from Inventory I am getting these errors:
The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:
Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the database for Vendio ID 01awch00000000000968045866XX.
01/27/2008 11:46:00 AM US-Pacific Time Zone
The auction could not be inserted/previewed due to an unanticipated processing error. Please try again later or contact Vendio to provide specific details regarding this error or to obtain assistance.
If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.
I'll find one and leave it it in pending for you.

Hello Beth,
Is this happening for all of your launches, or only some of your launches? Does it go through the second time when you try to launch the listing again from the inventory item, or does it continue to fail with the same error?

So far all the items I am trying to launch via inventory get this error. I just did a Ben Franklin ad and it is in pending with this error.
It launches fine when I open in pending. But, I do notice that the CIS are gone and I have to re-do them. Maybe a coincidence.
Did not try to launch a second time from inventory. Will give that a go with a Michelin tire ad.

Hello Beth,
Is it okay if I try to launch one of these for you? If so, let me know the name of the inventory item and if it can be launched as is for immediate launch. Also confirm it should be launched as an eBay store listing.

OK Nathan. I did just try and launch a Michelin ad and it shows as "on ebay" in inventory but is in pending with this error.
This item is in inventory and ready to be launched to my ebay store:
1923 Harley Davidson Motorcycle Ad Hutchinson KS Police

Hello Beth,
Thank you. I was able to duplicate the problem and I have escalated this to our engineers as a high-priority. Please note that there is now an active listing "130193776172" for this inventory item, as I resubmitted it from your pending listings after the launch failed with the error. In the meantime, you can work around the problem by resubmitting the errored listings from your pending listings.

At this point our engineers have been unable to duplicate the problem, and we have not had any similar complaints from other customers. Are you still receiving this error? Or is it now working correctly in your account? Please let us know.
