Need some help please if its posible to do.
I do ebay auctions on sales menager on 1 computer (pictures and part discription), i now need to send this part finish auctions to another computer in Germany (my partner)to complete the description , is it possible to do ???? thanks in advance , jack.

I forgot to mention i know i can send it to vendio but we talking 200 items a week and its too long to fix each auction on line .

Hello,

If you create your first part of the process on the online Sales Manager, the only way for someone else to complete it would be by logging into the same username in Vendio and using the Sales Manager to complete and launch the item in question.

If internet connection speed is a problem for your friend in Germany where the online Sales Manager is taking them too long to complete your listings, you could switch to using the offline Sales Manager Pro software to create Batch files and then send your Batch files to your partner to complete and upload as needed.

As long as both copies of the offline Sales Manager Pro program are setup to synch to the same Vendio account it shouldn't be a problem.

The only issue may be with images, as you would need to synch your images in your copy of the program to get them onto the website, then your partner would need to synch his copy of pro to download those new images required by the batches he's going to be completing for you.

Is it hard for yoc to explain me how to create Batch files and then send them to another computer ??? if i have to pay for a private email for this i be happy to do so , thanks , jack.

Hello,

First you will need the Sales Manager Pro software if that isn't already what you use to list your items with.
You can download it from the following page:
http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/client/

When you create your batches of items to be launched, you can save this batch. The default is to save the batch in Sales Manager Pro, but you can opt to save it to your desktop instead and then email your friend. Your friend can then open this batch file with their copy of Sales Manager Pro and make any needed changes prior to uploading to launch/schedule.
