When customers send checks to us they are going to our PO Box, we would like them to come to our home address. I have looked at all possible areas in Vendio and ebay and I cannot find any mention of our PO Box anywhere. Please help?
I went through a few test transactions in your account and the PO box is not being provided at this time by customers completing your Vendio checkout process.
Your custom listing text is the only other place that mentions your mailing address, but it also fails to list your PO BOX.
Try double checking your eBay settings, as if your primary address on file there is the PO BOX then this is what eBay would be sending your buyers in the EOA notice.
