In the past month, I haven't been able to stop e-mails from eBay Outlook, e-mails that come into my own e-mail. I keep getting this message. I've e-mailed to ask Vendio what gives, but I'm just wondering if you can help me here. Here's what I get (I have checked the URL, as suggested below; no problem):
We could not confirm your request to stop email notification. Please check to make sure that the URL in your browser is the same as the one in the email you received from us.
If you are still having trouble, email customer service for help.
