Anyone notice that paypal never shows the right ship service level if it is not the first option?

IE: I offer USPS 1st Class and Priority. If someone pays for priority paypal shows the right amount but it says first class. This is a problem for MOS as it shows 1st class as well. I can't see the actual $$ amount in MOS so I've shipped a few pirority shipments as first class.

Anyone else seeing this?

I think it's been broken forever.

Hello,

That is correct, PayPal does show the wrong shipping method if it isn't the first option listed. Be sure to confirm the shipping method at the location where the buyer checked out to confirm their selection.

There is no way this is feasible, I run about 75-100 orders a day and don't have time to look them all up.

When will it be fixed?

This is a very important bug that needs to be addressed. Please open a ticket and let me know if you need me to get my paypal acct manager involved.

This has resulted in negative feedback from several customers.

Thanks.

Hello,

Were sorry to hear you ran into feedback issues recently. As for the perfect fix to the above issue so you don't have to check your Vendio account to verify what the buyer actually selected, this may be corrected when we have full support for the eBay checkout system so they mirror each other exactly.
There is nothing broken with the current system, so there is nothing to fix per say. We will however be adding full eBay checkout support in the future and when we have an ETA on that project we'll let you know.

For now verify the selected shipping method from the place where the buyer actually checks out from.

Regards,
Christopher

Do you have any idea of how long that would take to do?

When will full support of ebay checkout be implemented?

This sucks!!
