Alot of my orders aren't combining properly. Is this an ebay or vendio issue?

What details do you require?

Can you explain how the system combines shipping. What software handles it?

ebay, paypal, or vendio?

Both my ebay acct mgr and paypal acct mgr have stated they are willing to look at it but I need to know its not a vendio issue first.

Hello,

Details required would include:

What about combined shipping isn't working for you?
Is there an example we can use to test with?

The system uses your shipping costs and 'costs when combined' to calculate the combined shipping costs.

For example if you have 3 items being combined and their shipping prices were as follows:

1. Cost alone = $1 - Cost combined = $0.50
2. Cost alone = $2 - Cost Combined = $0.50
3. Cost alone = $15 - cost combined = $10.00

The cost of shipping for this order would then be $16.
It would take the $15 for the first item since it's the highest, then use the 'cost when combined' numbers for the rest of the items in the order.

This is assuming if you use fixed shipping rates. Obviously calculated shipping would just be based on the weights of the items.

Here are the item numbers.

Customer complains he had to do separate paypal payments for each item.

Got mad at me and said I had to discount even though we shipped them out separately.

So now I have 3 negs. Fabulous.

Please help.
