I just redid an auction to see if the error message concerning gallery still shows up on the preview and, like a bad penny, there it was. I don't feel comfortable listing without a promise that the gallery picture will show up. Your response, though welcome, was not definitive, "If so, thus far anyway, it hasn't had any impact on users ability to list items nor their ability to have those images appear in the eBay gallery. Were still checking on the cause, but thus far there doesn't appear to be any reason to hold off on listing because of it." Any idea when this problem will be solved so that I can get back to work?

Hello Jane,
Please try to keep this to a single thread, we don't want 5 different threads on the exact same issue.
Our engineers are working to correct this problem with the preview page. There are no updates to the issue with this message appearing on the preview page. Im sorry if my wording wasn't convincing enough, and if your holding off on listing until the preview is fixed I understand, but understand also that this message on the preview page has shown to do nothing other than cause confusion on the preview page.
