When will Sales Manager Pro support the new eBay categories and item specifics, especially category 3312, Cell Phones & Smartphones?

What about item specifics?! This category Cell Phones & Smartphones 3312 has no item specifics showing? This is a big problem since eBay's new search is very driven by item specifics!
They are available online, just not SMPRO. We'll touch base with engineering on full item specific support in SMPRO for this new category.
For now create these items on your online Sales Manager, or upload them as unscheduled listings so you can edit your item specifics prior to launching.

This is not acceptable. Can you at least roll back the old category item specifics until the new ones are ready? You're telling me I can't schedule any of my listings from the offline tool? I will probably need to cancel Vendio because of this issue since my entire business is based on listings created in the offline tool and requires item specifics.
Let me know if item specifics can be implemented by this weekend. If not, I will be cancelling next week.

Hello John,
sorry for the confusion, this isn't to say we will not be supporting item specifics for this new category, only that as a workaround while we check into *why* they aren't yet available in Sales Manager Pro - you could post them from the regular Sales Manager. (or upload from pro unscheduled and then add them)
Obviously you don't have to, and we will post back when we have more information as to why it isn't yet in SMPRO and/or when it will be available to use.

Sorry for the confusion, I jumped the gun and assumed there was a problem as well. Just synch the program and restart it, then go select this category again. The item specifics are already there.
There are SO many for this new category though that the popup is huge on the page, so when your done selecting your site specifics you will likely have to click the enter key on your keyboard to hit the 'ok' button on that popup, so it saves your settings.

Hi, I am still having trouble. When I select category 3312, I am unable to click on the item specifics box in SMPRO. The box is greyed out like it is not an option for this category. Am I doing something wrong or is there a newer version of SMPRO? I am using 7.0.2 build 1379.
Try to synch and then restart the program once more. I thought the same thing you did, but then after one more shot it worked after a synch and restart.
