When I send a second chance offer through ebay the settings gets all messed up and switches shipping to calculated when I mark fixed for US and then completly takes away all the international shipping settings as well as the local taxes button. also it does not send a winning bid notification even though i have set it so that all winning auctions get an automatic winning bid notification. Just wondering if you have any ideas on how to change this? is it something in the settings?
I can't say why eBay would be losing your settings during a second chance offer, but to track them properly and still send out a WBN, you will want to trigger them from here anyway - which should also make sure your original settings are preserved.
From the Post Sale Management page there is an option to use 'second chance' for qualifying items. Trigger your next SCO from here and report back any questions you have on this process.
