I know you're pushing new users onto the Andale platform... but I tried that and it doesn't work for me for a number of reasons. (If you contact me I'll be happy to explain why.)
And I know you're working on a new product, so SMPro is pretty much a lame duck.
But... could you update it a little? Add the option for separate handling fees for domestic and international?
And, is there any way you can add one more layout option to the template workshop? What I really need is one that would have a single large image that goes across the top, then an unlimited number of images down the left side in a column format. Please?????

We are currently working on a new version of the offline software, that will be available to all of our customers and will include features from both the Vendio and (formerly) Andale platforms. This should be available in the near future, but I do not have a specific eta available currently. I have passed along your suggestions for the software so that they will be seen by the product manager.
