I need to change the name and address on item 170220700261 to the address shown in notes but the system will not allow me to change what is already input.

Hello,

What happened when you tried to change the address that you could not, was there any error message?

I just did it, but the system seemed to allow the change without error.

What I did was click the 'go to buyer checkout' link at the top of the checklist for this item, then use the 'back' link in the checkout process to go back to the page where you put in the address, put in the new one and clicked to continue. At this point the new address appeared in the ship to details for this order.

Hi,
I got the same error message I have received several times before on other auctions about the UPS shipping address not being correct. Then I tried going in thru buyer checkout but could not get into the system to change anything. Thanks for the help.
