Despite repeated efforts to refresh, refresh, they won't move from active "closed" to unsold.

Can you give them a little push?

Hello Beth,

I refreshed these listings for you in Vendio (by logging in to your account, selecting the listings in your list of active listings, and clicking the Vendio "Refresh" button), which appears to have corrected the problem. Please note that it can take 10 - 15 minutes for the changes to appear after refreshing a listing in Vendio. Should you continue to have trouble with this, please provide a specific listing number that you are having trouble with so that we can take a closer look.
