From time to time I've tried using the "view shipment status" link in sales manager to track a package. It brings up the iShip tool, but I have NEVER gotten it to give me any results.
I ALWAYS get "We were unable to track you package. Please try again later"
I use USPS Priority with delivery confirmation and the USPS site can give me status - so why can't this tool? What's the trick?

USPS can find them all, Tracking tool doesn't get loaded with the ship date or service and even when the information is manually entered iShip still can't find any of them.

Thank you for the information. I was able to see the problem. I also was not able to track the shipment successfully when going directly to the iShip website, which suggests that the problem is on iShip's end. We will contact iShip to find out what exactly is happening, and I will let you know once more information is available.
