According to Auction Bytes, Allan trachtenberg of Ebay says that all sellers will now have to state "handling time" in their listings. We have been asking for this for the past two years and now it seems we may have to revise thousands of store listings! WHEN will this be available and are you going to provide a tool to revise out existing listings to include handling time and return policy? http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y08/m06/i18/s00

You may enter a default return policy for your future new listings or inventory items by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> then scroll down to the "eBay Return Policy details" section at the bottom of the page. For your existing pending listings or relists, you may add this information from the main listing form (also in the "eBay Return Policy details" section).
As for the handling time, if eBay is requiring that it be included in listings then I am sure that we will support it. However, I have sent your request to the product manager to be sure.
It is not possible to revise your existing listings to include your return policy and/or handling time, through Vendio, at this time.

Thanks Nathan - I just remembered that handling time can be edited with a bulk edit through EBay - Return Policy can not.

Turbo lister has the ability to add the return policy to all listings at one time as well as changing the shipping variables.
I think we will have to use Sales Manager Pro to add handling time.

Sorry Nathan, but this is very hard to understand. This has been on the eBay listing form for at least two years. Why is this taking so long?

Handling time will be available prior to its requirement.
Like the return policy field, you will be able to default your 'default' one to be used for all listings, so you don't have to setup a unique one for each listing and edit them all one by one to include it. (though once live you will be able to do so if you prefer, no ETA on its release at this time unfortunately.)
