I've had this problem occassionally for a LONG time and frnakly, am sick of it. What happens is I have several items end one day, but maybe one item doesn't move over. I work with a log book where I record all my end listings and then contact the ones that have a payment pending. Trouble is, sometimes an item doesn't move over to PSM so I don't record it. If the buyer is good, they pay and I've just added it to the log book, but if they don't, well, nothing. I get nothing, the item passes into oblivion and eventually when I've seen the item laying around for a few months, I might find out - oh, it sold 2 months ago but now its too late to follow up. Most items are store items. The reason why I'm ranting is I had an item bought yesterday and they paid today. NOT in my PMS. Then I went to active, and it wasn't there either. Then I searched by sold items, NOT there either. Then I tried one more time and WALAA! there it is. I really had to WORK to find my sold item. Is there ANYTHING that can be done to address this? I'm sure it happens to everyone that has a large amount of items, but most of us are too busy to let you know and when we have from time to time, nothing is done so it's been even a bigger waste of time to do what I'm doing now. But I figured, something should be said. One thing I've suggested is to add some sort of complete "refresh" button that we can click on that refreshes ALL of our auctions at the same time. Now, I have to go through each page, seclect all, then click on refresh. Since I have so many pages, I don't do it very often.
This generally happens during the busier times when eBay's system has not notified our system that the item has closed. A global refresh button is a great idea, and I have passed along the suggestion.
