I have hundreds of store listings that do not have specified shipping for eBay. Now that eBay is making us specify shipping how do I make the changes without having to end each listing and edit manually. I have already had one store listing sell and because the shipping was not specified eBay gave the buyer a free shipping option.

Hello,

Please see this eBay page for info on how to bulk edit your active listings without having to end them and then edit/relist back to the store.

Chris

Will this make the change permanent or will vendio change it back to the original format when it auto re lists after 30 days? Plus this only lets me do 10 items at a time I have hundreds of items that need this edit.

Hello,

Vendio doesn't relist your items if they are eBay storefront 'good till closed' listings - eBay does. This is why making the change from eBay directly is important, as they will be relisting your items every 30 days.

So when a good until canceled store listing ends after 30 days eBay re lists it and vendio just imports it? My vendio sales manager screen shows the items ending and being listed again. I just want to make sure if I make changes directly on eBay for this specified shipping problem that 30 days from now I do not have to do it again. I know when I make changes to a normal auction directly on eBay if I re list it through vendio it reverts back to the original data.

I found that the bulk editing feature in eBay did not work the way it is supposed to and my shipping fields did not update. I was able to edit them in bulk using TurboLister.

opmtradingpost - If the listings are setup as 'Good Till Closed' items - eBay relists them every 30 days, Vendio doesn't actually do the submission. We do track the items through this process, so we do have a hand on them in that regard, but their content and how/when they relist is controlled by eBay - so changes you make to 'Good Till Closed' listings at eBay will keep those changes as long as eBay keeps relisting the items.

If you were to relist them manually from Vendio, then the original data from Vendio would be used. (if they were not setup as good till closed, but rather 30 day listings that you have to manually resubmit.)

Regards,
Chris
