This is what I get when trying to list. Please help.
Custom Item Specifics
Internal error. Cannot get Custom Items Specifics information.
Please try again later.
I've tried again after 15 minutes, 30 minutes and now an hour!
Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Chances are this was related to the login issue that was happening at this same time last night. The engineers were able to correct it, so please let us know if you run into any new issues at this time.

It happened to me before a few times but usually the problem went away after a few minutes. However, it is going on right now with me and is not allowing me to proceed creating auctions.

This is the message I get when I try to copy or save an auction in pending (which is the only thing I am trying to do right now):

'No cis object found, no cis details written!'



I also get the message in the 'Item Specifics' catagory:

'Custom Item Specifics
Internal error. Cannot get Custom Items Specifics information.
Please try again later.'

Maybe it will just go away in a few minutes, but this is the first time it has halted me for a duration of time.

Also, I just found out my husband has been trying to log onto Vendio from another computer...and has not been able to for the last few hours...


I was able to get in my account this morning and process payments, but now I am at a standstill as I can not create auctions b/c of the 'cis' error; and my husband can not even get into his account.


what is up?

Hello,

There is an issue with the login on the Vendio site right now unfortunately and the engineers are working on it as we speak.

The CIS issue is related, as it was before, and should clear up as soon as we correct the login problem.

Thanks Chris,

Seems to be working just fine now. I have gotten that error before in the past few months however it usually disappears within 5 minutes. This is the first time it stuck around for a while.
