I have been away for a while but am listing again and have noticed the image sizes in my listings are much smaller?? When I pay for the "enlarge" option in browse listings, my images are much smaller than those listed by other listing services; hardly worth the extra expense. When did they get smaller and how can I get them back to the size they were in the past? or is this a problem with picture sizes on my camera? In reviewing the listings wth the enlarge option, mine seem to be the only small ones. I also have a listing in the real estate category that was listed using eBay lister instead of Vendio and the enlarge pictures are MUCH larger. Why? Thanks for any help!
We have not changed the size that images are shown in with click-to-enlarge images recently. It is likely that the images were uploaded that size (it is only possible to change the images to a smaller size, not a larger size). However, please let me know an example listing number where you are having this problem, so that I can take a closer look.
