Hello,

"Vendio Complete" is not a Vendio service. It is a collection of our services. It is not possible to combine your Vendio accounts together, and it is only possible to have one eBay ID on your Vendio account "designergowns" at this time.

Nathan

I want to import all 7 vendio accounts/eBay id's since it supports multiple Id's. I have been told before that is possible.

I just need to know if this is still the course of action---

Vendio recently released a new home page and corporate site, which now features products available through both the Vendio and (formerly) Andale services. When this new corporate site was released, the customer account information was combined into the same database, and all Andale tools were rebranded. This was the first step toward our final consolidation plan, which is currently being defined.

We will be continuing to combine platforms and services over the coming months, and will be widely announcing when additional products and features become available to all users. Please remember to check our Announcements page frequently for updates.

Please email us the following information:

1. Your 7 Vendio account usernames.
2. Whether it is more important to you to have the same type of account for your new account that you have for your other 7 Vendio accounts, or if it is more important to you that you are able to use multiple eBay IDs on one Vendio account.
3. Which of your 7 Vendio account usernames is the new one that you just opened.

You may send us this information either by sending an email to [email protected], or by using the contact option in your Vendio account.

Regards,
Nathan

You do not have the ability to do this with your existing account "designergowns". You are welcome to open a completely new account that supports multiple eBay IDs. The new account will look and work completely different from the one you are using now, and it is impossible to import any of your data from the existing account into the new account. Or you can wait until we combine the services together, and at that time you will have the ability to add multiple eBay IDs to your existing account. I do not have an eta available on this currently.

Nathan

Hello,

In regards to whether that is still the correct course of action, I will need to know what the original question was that it was in response to.

I was told to do the following in order to use multiple id's--------------

Please email us the following information:

1. Your 7 Vendio account usernames.
2. Whether it is more important to you to have the same type of account for your new account that you have for your other 7 Vendio accounts, or if it is more important to you that you are able to use multiple eBay IDs on one Vendio account.

Hello,

Actually, that was in response to this question:

"I have been trying to sign up for VENDIO COMPLETE. I went thru all the hoops, added my credit card. It seems as if NOTHING has been done. All the "extras" that I added (some I did not want but there was no option to opt out), it is asking me to add those again. It goes around in circles!
I have 7 vendio accounts which cost me a HUGE wad of money. I only signed up for complete because it offered "support for multiple id's" Well. now that I have thrown my money away, It tells me I cannot use my old id's.

On top of that, the "new" vendio page offers no message centers, or contacts. I am really pissed!!!"

In regards to how you can use multiple eBay IDs on one Vendio account, please refer to my second post in this message thread.

Regards,
Nathan

I am honestly trying to do this, I am not trying to do anything beyond combine my accounts. Does it really matter what the question is? I do not see the reason for your last post. Whatever it was in response to, I think I am still asking the same question. How do I import all my accounts ? I apologize if I am taking valuable time away from something else. I would really rather use Vendio ( as I have for nearly ten years) than anything else. However, it does not seem as important to Vendio. Do I just need to call? This is going way off track, all I want to know if I need to do the following to combine.

I did refer to your second post-----You do not have the ability to do this with your existing account "designergowns". Ok, I was told this previously and want to know if the following is still what I need to do in order to combine---Please email us the following information:

Hello,

It is not possible to combine multiple Vendio accounts into one.

In order to use multiple eBay IDs with one Vendio account, you have two choices.

1. Open a completely new account that supports multiple eBay IDs. The new account will look and work completely different from the one you are using now, and it is impossible to import any of your data from the existing accounts into the new account.

2. Wait until we combine the services together, and at that time you will have the ability to add multiple eBay IDs to your existing account.

Nathan

I do not want to combine all my vendio accounts into one.

I want to use multiple id's under one VD usedname.

I have already opened a new account that will support multiple id's in order to do this.

I was told by a VD rep on the phone that they would import the information manually.

Hello,

Who was it that you spoke to on the phone that told you we would be able to transfer data from your existing accounts (of one style) into a your new account (of a completely different style)? Please let us know.

Regards,
Nathan

I honestly do not remember. It was an asian-sounding girl that had to put me on hold many times while she asked someone else lots of questions. She also offered me special rates for listing over a set amount. She took over an hour to do this, by the time I hung up with her, I was worn out and did not want to go thru that again, so I just gave up for the time being. She said that it would take a while, as they would have to manually transfer/import. Not much help, I know.

Hello,

Thank you for the information. I will look into this and get back to you. I believe the person that you spoke with was misinformed, but it is possible there is a way to do this that I am unaware of. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Nathan
