I am getting this error when listing new items in inventory:

[ MakeRequest READ_FAILED..Internal error: FAST server failed to respond ]

Error occured while loading/initializing data. Unable to process inv item.

Using Explorer, cached clear, Windows XP

Hello Beth,

Did this error message clear up shortly after you saw it?
We didn't see any other reports, and there didn't appear to be any outages to speak of at that time.

Yes, it did not happen again. Just a hiccup I guess.
