Hello. I am new to vendio and eBay. I have made a store on eBay and have several items listed for auction right now. I wanted to enter the Floating Gallery into my listings but when I enter them in manually none of my items are shown in the gallery, it's just blank. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get the gallery working properly? Thank you.

Hello,
Is it possible you have another account with us? Your artman757 account is not currently setup with the scrolling gallery service, so it wouldn't be able to show any of your items.
In your Vendio account click the 'Vendio Gallery' tab along the left side of the page to get started with this tool, if you don't have an additional account already setup with it.

Thank you for your help. I went ahead and signed up for the vednio gallery and I personalized my gallery. Will the gallery be put into my current listings and about how long will it take. Thank you.

Hello,
The gallery will add itself to all of your currently active listings automatically. The first time you set it up it wil take a couple of hours to appear, but going forward listings are usually updated within 90 minutes of their going live on eBay. (essentially once they are searchable the gallery can find them and update it with the gallery.)
