I tried listing and it said " a domestic shipping service wasn't specified" so I went to Vendio where their answer was confusing .
I emailed Vendio and the response was so much like what one gets at ebay-a stock answer that does not address the question.
I do not use Sales Manager. I just wanted to know how to list what is required in a step-by-step process.
I believe ebay wants the small-time listers to go away but Vendio makes as much money from me as a big-time transaction seller. With the stock answer I got I had the feeling Vendio wants me to go away. Can any users out there help me?

Hello dietra,

You will need to list from the Sales Manager from this point forward. The old listing form available from the image hosting page (our original listing form from the early days) cannot be used with eBay's new shipping requirements.

It looks like you have used the Sales Manager at some point in the past, and will need to go back to that now in order to satisfy the new requirements from eBay.

From the Sales Manager page, click the little eBay logo in the upper left corner under the heading 'Create Listing' to get started.

Most of the form is the same as the one your using now, but you'll notice places to enter your shipping information (which is why this is the form needed to list to eBay now.)

If you have any trouble with that process, please let us know what step your getting hung up at so we can assist further.

Regards,
Chris

I'm having trouble with this as well. I can't get free shipping to work right and I'm using the Sales Manager. When I check Free shipping with a BIN I get the error that I haven't chosen a domestic shipping carrier.

I'm using a MacBook Pro running OS 10.5 on a Firefox browser.

Hello,

Even if you are offering free shipping, you will still need to enter at least one shipping carrier into the "Shipping Carriers" section of the listing form. You can enter "0.00" as the cost, and eBay will automatically convert this to "free shipping".

If you are trying to offer free shipping only for BIN listings, then in addition to the "free with BIN" option, you will also need to enter a shipping carrier and cost for your non-BIN customers.

Regards,
Nathan

Hiya,
I have similar problems as well. I am putting shipping charges for UK, Europe,Usa, Rest of the world but some customers complain that they can not pay because there is no shipping available for their country or they can not choose Europe for example and they have to choose Rest of the world instead. Please help!

Hello citycollectables,

Please let us know one of the listing numbers where you have had this problem, so that we can take a look.
