I have requested help with this problem before.

eBay #300256419031 was purchsed by a customer in Canada. At checkout only the higher Internationl rate of $3.95 was available, rather than the correct shipping of $2.95. Can this please be fixed?

I plan to begin a three month program of special pricing for Core 30 day FP next week. Can, will, this problem be finally put to rest soon?
