Customer clicks to pay now from checkout and window says Transaction Cancelled.
I had to send a Paypal invoice to customer.
But perhaps you could look at this before she sends payment.
This was a recurring problem on combined international sales early in the year and I am hoping that whatever the problem was has not returned.

This type of error is usually on PayPal's end. However, I have asked our engineers to take a look, and will let you know once more information is available.
