Do I have to put an amount in the shipping markup box if I'm using calculated shipping? Or if I put $0.00 will that show free shipping?

Hello,

The shipping markup box is if you want to charge an additional amount (above the normal calculated shipping amount). For example, this is where you would put any handling fees that you charge. It does have to be a dollar amount, but if you leave it blank or enter "0" then the regular calculated rate will be used.

If you want to offer free shipping, you will need to check the box for "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier" in the "eBay Shipping and Payment Details" section of the listing form. Then the very first domestic shipping option that you have selected in the "Shipping Carriers" section will be made a free shipping option (regardless of the cost that you have entered). All other shipping options will be offered to the buyer as entered.

Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan
