I am in the middle of listing and wanted to create a new template but they say I have to delete some first have too many on.
I have some old instructions - go to MY ACCOUNT
- Template Preferences, Scroll down to the Saved Templates Section. Highlight the templates you want to delete and click and Delete button.
HOWEVER - I can't find where it says "Template Preferences.
Those instructions are still correct, except that you need to click on "Custom Templates" instead of "Template Preferences" after going to "My Account". Please note that the Vendio created templates (shown at the top of your list of saved templates) cannot be deleted. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
