Getting extremely confused with our unsolds folder.
As an example why is lot 280270778153 there when the lot already relisted and has even sold.
Other lots example 290263421944 are in the unsold folder, when one tries to relist they have lost pictures etc and have already been relisted and are currently listed on eBay.
Please get back to us immediately.
Thanks.
Paul

Hello Paul,

It looks like these listings were imported from eBay. It is likely that when you relisted the items, they were removed from Vendio. But then an import was done on this account (which brings in your recently closed listings), and this brought the listings back into your Vendio account.

It is also possible that you relisted these items directly through eBay, in which case they would not be removed from Vendio.

Regards,
Nathan

We did a general import because there were lots missing. We did not relist threough eBay.
Why when we did we do this import, did it put all lots in our unsold file including lots that have sold ?
How are we supposed to know now what are the real unsolds that need to be relisted through eBay ?

Hello,

When you do a general import in Vendio, it will import all active and recently closed eBay listings that are not currently showing in your Vendio account. If you want to avoid this problem in the future, you would need to use the "Track" option instead, where you specify the specific listing number that you are trying to import.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to tell which of the listings in your unsold section have not yet been relisted. You would need to manually check your account (in either eBay or Vendio) in order to see if the items are currently active.

Regards,
Nathan

The vast majority of the lots showing in the unsold folder with problems were already showing in our active or closed folders before.

Hello,

Sorry, I don't understand the question. Do you mean certain listings that are showing in your unsold items were also showing as active and/or closed at the same time as they were showing unsold in your Vendio account? If so, what is one of the listing numbers that is showing as both active and unsold at the same time?

Regards,
Nathan

290263155150 is in unsold folder, and is now in active file as 280272612068.
If it is unsold again will it appear in the unsold folder again ?

Hello,

Right. If it has a different listing number, then it is considered a different listing (even if it is the same item). So what happened is that listing "90263155150" was unsold. You relisted the item as listing "280272612068". Listing "90263155150" was then removed from your Vendio account since the item was active as listing "280272612068". When you did the import of your active and recently closed eBay listings, it brought the eBay listing "90263155150" back into your account. Listing "280272612068" also shows in your account as it is a different listing (even though the same item).

When listing "280272612068" ends, (assuming it does not sell) it will also show in the unsold section.

Regards,
Nathan
