Is the set-up for handling time in the preferences somewhere and I'm just not seeing it?

I see that's gonna be another one eBay's requiring soon.

Hello Kathy,

Not yet. We are working on this, and it will be added by the time it is required by eBay, but I do not have a specific eta available at this time.

Note also that eBay just pushed back the deadline for when handling time will be required. At this point, they are saying that it will not be required until some time in January.
