Please look into this matter immediately! One of my buyers went through my Vendio check-out. Sales tax was applicable, which it added, but it did not carry over to Paypal. So now I'm out the sales tax, because I'm not going to email my buyer to get a few cents that Paypal would just take in fees anyway. Item number 120330222603 I think you should credit my account the .62 I'm out.

We are aware of the problem and it has been escalated to our engineers. However, at this point the problem appears to be on eBay/PayPal's end. They are actively working on the problem and we hope that they will have it resolved shortly.

So who is responsible for paying the money that is I'm not getting??? I love how it's always the other person's fault and not Vendio..... How come when my buyer goes through the eBay check-out the sales tax is being paid??
