Most of my listings, whether auction, BIN, Ebay store items, etc., that HAVE BEEN UP FOR AWHILE... are defaulting to "acceptable" condition...they were originally listed as Very Good/Good/etc..but NEVER "acceptable"...How and WHY is Vendio downgrading my inventory to "acceptable"? I have too many listings to go back and correct each one individually! I'm afraid this has lost several sales for me. What can you do to correct this problem with your program and remedy my present circumstances?

First, let me apologize for the trouble you're experiencing. I reviewed several of your auctions, and was unable to find any that had the condition description of "acceptable". Would you mind providing me with a couple of listing ID #'s where you see this issue? With this information I should be able to locate the cause.
