Your announcement reminds us that eBay's Free Sub-title promo ended 12/1. I was under the impression that it was in effect through 12/31, so I found the original announcement from eBay dated 9/15 and that is what it says. Also I checked my seller account and I have not been charged for any sub-title fees for listings launched so far this month. They are still crediting the $1.50 for each listing and showing it as a promotional discount. We do have to offer free shipping to receive the free sub-title. Please clarify - as there is the likely possibility I'm just having one of those dense moments. MANY THANKS!
