Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to list lots using sales Manager
& create a listing,but when I go from that
page,& try to attatch an image,there are no
numbers appearing.The box with the image
numbers is empty.The problem has occured
several times recently whenever I work
on my computer from home.At my office
this does not occur.
I have one other username & this does
not happen with my other username.
Please let me know what to do.

We can also not see any images or numbers
on our image hosting pages.

Hi Paul,
What browser are you using at home, and at work, where you can see them? You have over 30,000 images in your account -- I am able to view them through the Manage Images link in Sales Manager.

Now I can see the image numbers again
by clicking on the image hosting
section,but nothing when I go to
create a listing.
I have no problem seeing both from
my other user name.
What tells me what Browser I am using ?

Hi Paul,
By browser, I mean Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc. You say you are able to view them from your work computer so I was curious as to what you are using at work, and what you are using at home.

I have written 1000s of descriptions
from home before.We use the same
at work.
Can you see the image numbers on our create
listing page ?

Hi Paul,
I am not able to see the images -- I suspect it has to do with the fact you have close to 33,000, some of them being rather large. I am going to check with engineering on this -- if you click on the Manage Images link right above the box, you can attach the images that way.

Hi Paul,
The number of images that you have is too large to load up properly in that area of Create Listing. You stated you can get it to work on your office computer. If this is still true, are you using a different version of IE? What is the version? If you need assistance getting rid of old images, we can help you with that, so that this is no longer a problem for you.

Hi Paul,
How many of the images uploaded do you actually need? It is best to remove the ones you are not currently using as it will speed up the load time for your create listing page and allow you to work faster.

Dear Sonya,
The problem is we use a wide range of
the images over a wide range of our
lots that are either on eBay or are
being relisted sometime soon.
The non frequent used images I thought would be wiped off by your dating delete sytem ?
All of these images at present can be seen
from our office computer on the create a listing page,but still not from home.
We use the same internet explorer at both
locations.

Hi Paul,
Is this problem related to attching a picture to an existing listing? I have looked into your account, and I have noticed a problem in the Image Hosting tab: the displayed page is way to wide, so on the screen you cannot see the images and their names unless you scroll right in your browser (no matter what browser you are using).
Thank you for notifying us about this. Our engineers do work on a fix. I will post back when the fix is ready.
