I have the inventory set to 100 auctions per page. When I click them all and hit launch it takes awhile, but then it goes to a "page can not be displayed" page and they didn't launch. Is that too many to try to launch at one time? The only other option is to go to 20 per page and do 20 at a time, but I used to be able to do 100 at once.

Hello,

Have you tried to do less then 100 and see if that works for you? Please let me know we will look into this for you.

Yes, I can do less than 100 and it uploads fine. The only other amount I've tried is 20 since after 100 that's the maximum you can show on a page.

Hello,

Did you change anything about your system recently? Do you have any other programs open at the same time as SMPro?

Regards,

Sonya

I don't use SMPro - I'm just launching right from inventory on the Sales Manager screen. Nothing has changed in my inventory other than adding the checkout button and changing the text or shipping options. What used to happen is I would select the 100 displayed on the page to launch, I would launch them, and then I would get the "page cannot be displayed" page, but they would have gone into my pending auctions. Now I still get the page cannot be displayed page, but they don't show up in pending and they don't launch.

Hello,

You might want to try clearing your browser cache. Since you stated before it used to work and now it only partially works (or doesn't work at all) this may fix the problem for you.

Regards,

Sonya

No, that didn't work. Cleared it out right before I tried to launch them.
