Hi!
Just had auctions close.
No one used the new buttons. That's OK.
But the WBN's never went out on their own.
I had to send them manually.
Is that the way it's set up. If it is it's not very good.
Also with the yellow slide box that comes out next to Ebays.
The one customer who thought they used the checkout actually used Ebays. Not Good.

Are things going to be fine tuned or is this the way it's going to be?
If this is it I'm going to have to turn it off.

Hello --

If you selected "automatically send WBN when this auction closes with a winner", the WBNs should have gone out on their own. It is not part of the design of the checkout button to turn off the auto-WBN feature.

We are continuing to refine this feature, so we thank you for your continued patience and feedback on its effectiveness.

All my auctions that didn't sell last night were relisted.
When you click on the auctions some show the new checkout feature some don't.
I just had an auction close no checkout feature showed.
And I had to send the WBN manually.
Seems one is affecting the other and neither is working!

Hello --

Inconsistent setting of the checkout option between listings may have been a result of an undefined selection in your Post-Sale Management preferences. The easiest way to make sure that you get the value of both automatic WBNs and the AuctionWatch Checkout button for your auctions is to make sure that both your Auto-WBN and AWCheckout settings in Post-Sale Management Preferences are turned on, and that you save your preferences. Then, as you edit your individual items or listings, you can confirm that both of these settings are on (or turn them off if needed for specific listings).

Also, among the issues we are currently working on addressing is one where turning off the setting for "Automatically send Winning Bidder Notification (WBN) when auction closes with a valid winner" in Post-Sale Management preferences was also turning off the setting for "Include the AuctionWatch Checkout button in my auction listings by default". Once we release the fix (anticipated within the next few days), the settings for the two in Post-Sale Management preferences will be independent of one another. For more information about additional issues we are addressing, please see the FAQ (https://secure.auctionwatch.com/help/faq.html/29)

Thank you for your feedback and patience --

Christina
