For some reason my thumbnail photos next to my eBay Seller Listing Page are not showing at all. I've gone into eBay, as if to revise a listing, and the gallery image is there. And the photos in the actual listings are there as well. But on eBay Seller List page there is just a blue box that appears that reads "click here to see the picture". I've tried refreshing the page a few times and I've cleaned out my cache, but still no images. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yes...my auctions, which launched last night, are suffering from the same problem. I, too, have tried the same and nothing! This is a feature I paid extra for and want it resolved ASAP.

The thumbnail images are working fine now. And I have no idea why!?! If it's something I did, thank me. If not and it was AW, thank you. Although the auction management road is often bumpy, I'm convinced AW is the best ride in the business.

All the auctions I launched last night also have no Gallery Pictures. Paying premium price to Ebay for nothing right now. Whats UP????

Just got a hint from someone, that sometimes it takes longer for them to load. To make sure you have the latest "Ebay" load, Hold the shift key while you refresh your page. I did it and all my pictures showed up. WHA-LA!!!
The gallery on eBay can sometimes take longer to update. Try not to be alarmed, unless it has been 24 hours or longer. In cases like that you may want to contact eBay to see if there are any problems on their end.
